Welcome we are Tina & John; we bought our caravan back in June 2024 and are wanting it to feel like a home from home.

We are uniquely placed in a corner with a small private garden area that is all slabbed and with lighting.

We have been working hard to make it more homely for you to enjoy and hopefully be comfortable.
This well-equipped retreat offers modern conveniences, including:

*Free unlimited 5G Wi-Fi.
*Gas central heating and double glazed for cosy nights in.
*1 x Master bedroom with super king bed, wall mounted Freeview TV, en-suite shower room with sink and toilet.
*1 x Twin bedroom with 2 x full size single beds, wall mounted Freeview TV.
*Main bathroom with walk-in shower, sink & toilet.
*Open plan living room and kitchen, with sofa bed making it 6 berths.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with built in fridge freezer, built in oven/top & microwave oven, built in dishwasher, and recently added washer dryer.
*Dining table to seats 6.
*Lounge area with 6-seater L shaped sofa/sofa bed (soon to be replaced with free standing sofa’s), Wall mounted Freeview 50inch TV, soundbar, DVD player with selection of DVD’s.
*French doors open out onto wrap around decking to enjoy the summer sun, with views to the sea.
*The decking has private trellis with solar fairy light fed through the trellis and on the decking posts.

**Pets allowed maximum 2 x dogs.
**No smoking/vaping inside.
**Club passes are available from reception (Except out of season)
